The INCIBE-ETSISI/UPM Cybersecurity Chair was established in the context of Programa Global de Innovación en Seguridad del Instituto Nacional de Ciberseguridad (INCIBE). The team of the Chair is composed of researchers and support staff affiliated with the Department of Computer Systems at the Higher Technical School of Computer Systems Engineering (ETSISI), located on the South Campus of the UPM.

The goal of the INCIBE-ETSISI/UPM Cybersecurity Chair is to promote, develop, and strengthen cybersecurity capabilities in Spanish society through four fundamental pillars
